Distant processing can require days of domestic transport. Crops shipped internationally before pressing can spend several weeks in transit. For applicable cold-pressed juices, SGT instead processes fresh in the growing region.

Junín & the Amazon basin
Where the Andes open into the Amazon basin.
The Junín area includes valleys, natural slopes, heavy rainfall, rich soils and dense vegetation. For ginger and turmeric, the balance of moisture, drainage, soil life, heat and sun exposure matters.
Natural slopes help move water through the soil. Proximity to the farms gives SGT direct control over the movement from harvest into applicable washing, cold pressing and freezing.
Organic control at the source
Certification-backed production begins in the field.
SGT's organic emphasis extends into agricultural inputs and handling, including OMRI-listed fertilizers, disinfectants and other inputs approved for organic production.
OMRI listing applies to the inputs used; OMRI is not presented as an SGT certification. Confirmed conventional options remain available as a secondary path for selected products.
