Consistency began with understanding the land.
Before SGT became what it is today, George spent years looking for a region capable of producing the strength, flavour and natural intensity he wanted from ginger and turmeric.
That search led to the Junín area of Peru and to a practical conclusion: consistent, traceable products needed processing close to where the crops grow.
